Bombay Bakery was founded by Pahlajrai Gangaram Thadani in 1911. Thadani, a Hindu Amil, was from Dadu, Sindh. In 1948, Pahlajrai Gangaram Thadani died and his son Kishinchand Thadani became the owner.
